As Director of Loop Recycling, established in 2019, I bring 25 years of experience in the waste industry. At Loop Recycling, we proudly serve Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, and Renfrewshire, providing innovative waste solutions with a focus on sustainability. Passionate about what I do, I am committed to driving the company’s ambitious expansion plans and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Paul Frazher, Director of Loop Recycling brings knowledge and  experience gained through his leadership roles at Recycled Packaging Ltd and Caledonian Pallets. With a strong foundation in the waste and recycling industry, Paul is dedicated to supporting Loop Recycling’s ambitious expansion plans across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, and Renfrewshire.

I am a Director of Loop Recycling East and founder of previous company (Wasteworx prior to the acquisition).

Having gained extensive experience as a driver for a waste company for 4 years, and really enjoying working in the industry, I decided it was time to embark on my own venture. 

I enjoyed the challenge of opening and growing WasteWorx successfully and this led to the acquisition by Loop Recycling Ltd in 2024 and what a first year it has been!! 

The business has grown exponentially, and I cannot wait for what lies ahead as we continue our rapid expansion! 

Having worked for Loop since almost the beginning I've been lucky enough to see it grow very quickly into the exciting company it now is.

My primary role with Loop is finance but I also help out when needed across all departments.

I'm also a busy mum and outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children, and being outdoors whenever possible.

With over 25 years of experience in the waste industry I am the “go to” person for any service enquiries.

Our customer service team is central in co-ordinating operations, transport, sales and finance. I work closely with all departments to ensure our customers experience the highest levels of customer service.

Away from work, you’ll find me out somewhere enjoying nature, island hopping around Scotland, walking and taking photographs.

As the newest member of the Loop Recycling Team I have a dual role working between the Service and Accounts department. I have 5 years experience working with one of Loop’s sister companies and have thoroughly enjoyed starting a new challenge to further enhance my knowledge of this business.

My role allows me to learn and build on my skills whilst enhancing my knowledge of all aspects of Loop.

My main priority is to support the ever expanding Loop team in order to provide the best possible service!

I have enjoyed a varied career path within different sectors allowing me to gain valuable experience in both customer service and management. 

Primarily coming from a banking background of 10 years, I then furthered my career with local businesses such as The Edinburgh Boiler Company and Wasteworx. 

At Loop Recycling, I deal with all administration, customer service, finance, HR, recruitment, and sales for the business 

We are based right in the heart of Edinburgh, in Leith, affording me ample opportunities to pop out and liaise with our customers directly.

With over 8 years experience working within the waste industry I am the driving force behind our expansion into new waste streams, building an excellent team to enhance our workforce.

A creative problem solver I am always ready to tackle any specific challenges put my way, and with a great team that thrive on collaboration, supporting each other to achieve our goals. We are excited to work together to share our expertise with our customers to provide an excellent service.
